Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Sirup Publishing & Entertainment GmbH, Sihlbruggstrasse 105, 6340 Baar (ZG), Switzerland (UID CHE-110.337.074). We're the data controller for the information described below. As a Swiss company, we process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP); where visitors are located in the EU or UK, GDPR/UK GDPR principles apply as well.

2. What we collect

We keep this deliberately limited:

• Contact form: name, email address, the "I am..." category you select, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Email/phone contact: anything you send us directly, if you reach out via the email or phone number listed on the site instead of the form.

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

We process contact-form and email submissions on the basis of your consent when you submit your details to us, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where an enquiry leads to a publishing or licensing relationship, further processing is based on the performance of that contract.

4. Third parties who process data on our behalf

• Formspree — processes and delivers contact form submissions to us. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• DISCO — powers the embedded music player on this site. Loading the player may allow DISCO to set its own cookies/identifiers under their policy, not ours. See DISCO's privacy policy.

5. International transfers

Our sub-publisher partners are located in the territories listed on this site. Where personal data is shared with a partner outside Switzerland, the EEA, or the UK for administration of specific catalogue items, this is limited to what's needed for that administration and relies on the recipient country's data protection framework or standard contractual safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact-form and email correspondence for up to two years from your last message, in case we need to follow up on the matter you contacted us about, then delete it. Where an enquiry becomes a publishing or licensing relationship, related records are kept for as long as that relationship and any associated legal or accounting obligations require.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).

8. Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top.
